You need to have Javascript enabled and Flash player 9.0 or higher to view this demonstration.
Now I trawl a lot of flash websites and I’ve seen a few great ideas when it comes to getting your audience engaged in your page. This is the best one I’ve seen in ages! And all it is, is bouncing, self-writing text that changes every few seconds. I’ve shown it to a few people and they literally can’t stop playing with it.
I didn’t find it too hard to make either which was a bonus!

This is one of my favourite ongoing projects that I have at the moment. This is in very early stages of development and has been pushed back behind projects with more pressing deadlines. A lot of the icons still need developing and most of the screens are still in wire frames, but the overall look and feel is nearly there ^^
I haven’t ever done a space theme before so its going to be a little interesting.

This is the second Flex application that I have been involved in. My role on this project is to design the look and feel of the application and to help the development team with the structure of information on display. This project won’t be finished for a couple of months yet, unfortunately, but hopefully I’ll be able to stay on until the end.

This project has been a real challenge as I’ve had to design an interface based on the usual limitations of the internet as well as the limitations of Flex Builder 3. Flex is unique as it offers the designer two ways to change the appearance of the internet application:
- Styling using it’s own version of CSS
- Skining using custom graphics
Another work in progress but hopefully this will be released in the next few weeks and you’ll be able to see it in all its animated, functioning glory.
